Accommodation
Accommodation is for six persons in three cabins (Includes the saloon) The forward cabin has two single berths in the usual 'V' configuration. A double berth can be made in this cabin with the use of an infill. The saloon has two single settee berths. A large double cabin is right aft and to port. The upholstery is light blue with white and blue striped cushions. The galley is 'L' shaped and to port at the after end of the saloon. Equipped with a two ring gas cooker and oven. Chest type fridge, stainless steel sink, mixer tap, hot and cold fresh water. Ample storage spaces and easy clean working surfaces. Hot water is supplied via a calorifier. The chart table is at the after end of the saloon to starboard and forward facing. The private head is to starboard and fitted with a sea toilet, shower, wash hand basin and wet locker area. Hot and cold fresh water via a calorifier. The dining area will seat a full crew and is local to the galley for ease of catering and entertaining.

Engine and machinery
Volvo18 H.P. Diesel engine with shaft drive to the propeller. Cruising speed 6 knots. Maximum speed 7 knots. Fuel capacity 12 gallons. Range under power 200 miles. The ships electrical system is 12 volts throughout with power being supplied to two 12 volt heavy duty batteries via an engine driven alternator. 240 volt shore power is fitted.

Sails and rigging
The vessel is sloop rigged and all masts and spars are alloy. Two sails are listed and are as follows:- One Genoa (roller reefed) One Mainsail (in mast reefing) All standing rigging is stainless steel and in good order. All running rigging is in good order. All lines are led aft to the cockpit for safety and short handed sailing. One self tailing control winch plus a second control winch (not fitted) Five Spinlock jammers. Two Harken self tailing primary winches.
