Swim grid also has two pop up cleats as well as twin shore power access points, one with 50' glendinning. The transom door is on the port side that enters into the spacious cockpit. Molded cabinets adorn the cockpit as does a barbecue, sink with fresh water, and an additional hidden freshwater tap also in lower cupboard. There are fold out cockpit controls on the port side as well as a ladder to the flybridge. There is also a live well built in to keep that fresh catch of shell fish and Crab alive until you want them! The flybridge with bimini can be accessed from either the pilothouse/galley up the solid wooden oak stairs on the starboard side or the rear ladder in the cockpit on the port side. On the helm (including a "new" Simrad NSE12 Chartplotter) are two NEW Bentley Helm chairs, two settees and two tables which allow for seating for 8 persons. There is an electric Yacht Davit System for easy launching of the 12.5' Zodiac Tender with 40hp Yamaha engine. A new $5000.00 sound system was installed to entertain both the Bridge and Cockpit at the same time (interior of the Yacht has a totally separate surround sound system) A new searchlight was upgraded, also includes 300ft of Anchor Chain with a 100lb Danforth anchor on the Hydraulic Windlass
