Arctic white fibreglass hull, deck and deckhouse; black bottom paint; fibreglass radar arch; stainless steel railing running from the cockpit aft to the bow; walk-trough cockpit door; large swim platform; 4 opening ports and 3 hatches; hydraulic steering; full canvas forward of the arch (recent); and a ‘camper-back’ aft of the arch; ‘tanneau’ cover; large swim platform w/ swim ladder; Hurley davit for an inflatable dinghy (not included), under-water lights & shower.


The yacht sleeps 6 and has 6’2” headroom. There is a centerline double berth forward with hanging lockers port and starboard; there is a lounge with a table that drops to make a double berth to starboard with the galley and enclosed head opposite to port; there is a seating area that makes into a double berth aft under the helm station.

The roomy cockpit has the helm station with an adjustable pilot seat & companion seat forward to starboard, a wet bar w/ refrigerator to port and a circular seating area aft of the helm to starboard with a table.

The Galley has a 110 volt two burner Kenyon ceramic top stove, microwave oven, Norcold 12/110 volt refrigerator and Corian counter top with Corian covers for the stove and the sink. There is a sink with hot and cold pressure water and power exhaust vent

The head has an electric vacuum type ‘VacuFlush’ marine toilet connected to a holding tank w/ overboard discharge & mascerator; sink with vanity and shower plus a power exhaust vent.

The interior is finished to the high standard of this builder with lacquered cherry joinery and white Ultra-Leather upholstery. There is bound, snap-in carpet on the cabin sole and a vinyl headliner

The fresh water capacity is 40 US gallons and the holding tank is 28 US gallons. There is a 6 gallon hot water tank with a 110 volt element. The yacht has Cruise-Aire air conditioning and heat (new pump 2015).


Twin 320 HP Mercruiser 7.4Ltr. raw-water cooled V8 inboard engines; Velvet Drive vee-drives and transmissions, stainless steel shafts with bronze rudders; bilge blower; gas assisted engine hatch; trim tabs. There are digital hour meters showing 1074 hours as of 6/21/2015. There are two aluminum fuel tanks with a total capacity of 225 US gallons. In 2015 the risers & manifolds were replaced along with spacers, gadgets & sea-water cooling pumps.

Electrical Systems

The yacht has both 12 volt DC and 110 Volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by alternators on the engines though selector switches to 4 lead-acid batteries (new 2015) then to a circuit breaker panel in the main cabin. The 110 volt system is supplied either by shore-power connection (50’-30 Amp cord included) or by the 5 KW. Westerbeke generator. The yacht has a full complement of cabin, navigation and courtesy lights.
