This LLC owned, stately 4 stateroom (+crew) Broward underwent a multimillion renovation in 2012. Along with all new Alexseal exterior coatings, TAWNIE LYNNE received, an all new Cherry wood interior, new individual panel removable headliners, LED lighting throughout, teak decks, Air conditioning chillers and digital controls, 3500# crane, main windows, Stainless Steel cleats and hawse, and numerous additional electrical, AV system, electronics, appliance and soft good upgrades. Her wonderful layout enters from the teak integral swim platform up the stairs to the large aft deck. A large bench seat along the stern with oval designer varnished table with teak chairs moves onto an entertaining station to stbd with sink, icemaker/refer and to port, a L-shaped settee with designer varnished cocktail table. Back down to the main salon, you have two stairs, the aft set goes to the VIP stateroom and one of the guest staterooms. The forward stairs goes down from the salon to full beam owners stateroom, a guest stateroom and access to the engine room. In the owners stateroom , a king size bed with his and her heads, cedar lined walk in closet, vanity area , lot's of storage, settee and a desk include every comfort needed.
