SAILING YACHT LETIZIA FOR SALE
Designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built in 1991 by Camper & Nicholson under Lloyd’s certification, this beautiful 91-foot aluminum Bermuda cutter ketch is a prime example of elegance and performance. Classic balanced features with contemporary fittings and flowing lines help LETIZIA stand out at sea or in any marina.
With major refits in 2008, 2011 and 2014, she is in fantastic sail-away condition. Her sailplan together with a Lewmar Commander hydraulic system that controls all winches and outhauls make her easy to handle, even for a shorthanded crew. Both Rondal aluminum spars have hydraulic in-mast furling systems. Her October 2011 survey report is available.
S/Y LETIZIA boasts ample teak decks to enjoy. The main companionway leads from the salon into the guest cockpit with wrap around seating and a leafed alfresco dining table. Further aft, the helm cockpit offers additional seating; both cockpits have optional shade, if requested. LETEZIA has wide decks; when not under sail the foredeck is perfect for sunning or simply relaxing. A large Bimini-covered center cockpit is the exterior social hub of the yacht with ample space for entertaining, dining or enjoying the scenery.
LETEZIA’s interior radiates the classic chic style expected from Sparkman & Stephens paired with the build quality of Camper & Nicholsons. Light wood tones contrast pleasantly with the slightly darker floorboards and white head lining. All trimmings are in perfect condition, adding to the overall luxurious quality. A large U-shaped sofa to port accommodates up to eight guests with a central expandable table in rich wood colors. This is the perfect place to socialize or watch a movie on the large TV. Starboard, a library sports two large comfortable leather club fauteuils. Forward of the library is the fully appointed galley, which can be used in “open plan” fashion or fully separated from the salon. A VIP cabin forward of the U-shaped sofa on port side has a big comfy double bed with a Pullman accommodating three guests. An en-suite bathroom completes this spacious cabin. Aft of the sofa area is the guest cabin with twin beds and en-suite bathroom facilities. The full-beam master stateroom with large seating area and king-size bed also has a lavish en-suite toilet and separate shower.
