White fibreglass hull and non-skid deck; dark blue boottop and shear strake; copper bottom paint; ‘competition’ deep draft fin keel and spade rudder; bow and stern pulpits, double lifelines with two gates; two hatches; 6 opening ports; 2 Dorade type ventilators; Dodger, Bimini & connecting panel; Yachting Specialties cable wheel steering with emergency tiller.


The yacht sleeps 7 and has 6’3” headroom. Vee berths forward with seat and roomy enclosed head aft to port. The main cabin has a ‘U’ shaped dinette to port which drops to make a double berth; a settee with cabinetry outboard is to starboard; there is a diesel cabin heater on the starboard bulkhead. The ‘U’ shaped galley is aft to starboard with a quarter-berth with navigation station opposite to port.

The head has a stainless steel sink, vanity and linen storage; Raritan manual marine toilet connected to a 25 gallon holding tank and ‘Y’ valve; separate shower stall with seat and ‘telephone’ type shower head.

The galley has a 3 burner LPG stove with oven, stainless steel sink; large ice box with 12 volt Nova Kool refrigeration including a freezer section (2010) and much counter and locker space.

The interior is finished to a high standard, typical of this builder, with varnished teak bulkheads and joinery, vinyl headliner, teak and holly sole and blue tweed fabric upholstery.

The sinks and shower are supplied by hot and cold pressure water; hot water is provided by a heat-exchanger on the engine or by 110 volt shore-power. There is an 85 US gallon stainless steel water tank.

Electrical Systems

The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by a 55 amp alternator ion the engine through a selector switch to two-lead/acid batteries then on to a circuit breaker panel. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection with a 50’ 30 amp cord included. The yacht has a full complement of cabin and navigation lights, an anchor/mast-head light, lightning grounding system and an automatic, multi-stage, battery charger.
