Accommodations
This spacious yacht will sleep 8 adults in three staterooms including the salon. Entering the companionway there is a double quarter berth to port,and the salon dinette berth converts to a double. The starboard side of the salon has a settee berth and a pilot berth. The owner's cabin/v-berth has very comfortable Memory Foam cushions for a great night's sleep!She was reupholstered in navy, synthetic suede in 2004. Her u-shaped galley has great storage and counter space. Her centerline, drop leaf table saves space and has storage in the center. The head/shower, and large hanging locker are forward.Her large t-shaped cockpit has ergonomically designed seating and easy access to mainsheet traveler, and all winches. She has cambered decks to give excellent footing when heeled under sail. A complete cockpit enclosure adds to her useable space, even in cool or damp weather.

Electronics & Navigational Equipment
This yacht has an impressive array of instrumentation, including a Raymarine ST 4800 auto pilot, Raymarine ST 60 speed/distance log, Raychart 630 chart plotter and Raystar 120 GPS and Raymarine ST 60 depth finder. She also has VHF with a switchable antenna, and AM/FM/Cassette/12 disc changer. ALL of which were NEW in 2005 ! A rudder position indicator is fitted. She has fluxgate compass.

Deck Equipment & Canvas
She has an anchor, and appropriate rode, a bow pulpit and C&C custom stainless stemhead fitting/anchor roller. Docklines and fenders and swimladder are included. She has all necessary navigation lights.Stero speakers in the cockpit. Propane lockers are under the aft seats.
Her navy canvas includes a dodger, connector and complete cockpit enclosure with screens. She has a wheel and binnacle cover for her 40" stainless, leather covered wheel, and cockpit table. She has double lifelines with boarding gates on both sides.Cockpit cushions give even more comfortable seating.

Mechanicals
She has wheel steering with all engine controls at the helm. The diesel engine is equipped with a Racor fuel/water seperator-filter, and sea water strainer. She has a fuel shut off and engine alarms. Her folding 2 blade Flex-O-Fold prop gives reduced drag when sailing. She has a holding tank with deck pump out fitting.

Electrical
She has 2 house, and 1 starter battery; all are 110 amp hr rated. There is a built in , automatic battery charger. Her lighting includes a combination foredeck floodlight and steaming light and a high intensity stern light. Interior lights include recessed fluorescent lighting in the main cabin and galley; reading lights throughout.There is a flex light at the nav. station.
She has 30 amp, AC service, with 50 ft cord.

Safety Equipment
She has a man overboard pole, 2 manual fire extinguishers, and automatic Halon system. There are 2 bilge pumps,cushions,flares, life jackets and a horn.She also has 2 smoke alarms and a CO detector.

Sailing Equipment
She is a cruising equipped, winged keel vessel with a very strong rig, which includes Navtec rod rigging, and white painted spar and boom . The mast is a triple spreader rig, a midstay track and car with tackle. She has a Harken traveller with ball bearing car and recessed crosshaul tackle. Her equipment also includes Sail-Tec hydraulic backstay adjuster, Harken roller furling headsail,and a Lazy Jack system. She has two inboard genoa tracks with low lead cars for close hauled work
  • Winches include 4 on the coachtop, #21 Barient, 2 speed; all halyards lead lead aft with organizers and sheet stoppers. Primaries are 2 speed, #28 ST Barients.
  • Sails: Includes a full battened main, a 155, 135 and 110 furling headsail and a Genniker with dowsing sock. All sails good condition.

Additional Equipment
She has a fresh coat of VC-17 bottom paint this spring. A steel storage cradle is included.Her hull and deck are white, with red and blue boot stripes.
