Vessel Walkthrough

The interior has been re-designed in 2013. The white oak paneling throughout with marble baths. The oak paneling was made from one log, imported from England, providing a beautiful well matched grain throughout.

The enclosed pilothouse has excellent 360 degree visibility with an unobstructed view over the bow. There is a large bench seat behind the helm with chart stowage and a complete navigation center to starboard. The console contains electronics and sail trim / captive winch controls. There are watertight doors both to port and starboard, permitting easy access to the side decks.

Aft of the wheelhouse is a covered deck lounge and dining area with tables that convert for large or small groups. Next aft is a large sun lounge with speakers built into the padded safety rails.

The main salon has a full wet bar with custom bar stools, refrigerator and icemaker. There is a lounge area to starboard with two couches and matching end tables. Next aft is a computer work station. On the port side there is a raised settee with excellent views to the sea. This area makes into a dining table for eight. There is a built-in wine cooler forward and a large electrically operated flat screen T.V.

Just aft of the salon is the day head with beautiful mosaic covered bulkheads and marble counter and floors.

Two identical staterooms with queen beds are next aft to port and starboard. Each stateroom has an en suite bath with large marble shower.

The owner's stateroom is aft with king bed and master bath with full Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a library / study that converts to a fourth guest stateroom with upper and lower berths when needed.

Forward of the salon is the galley crew mess, captain's stateroom with head and shower, chef's cabin, and a crew stateroom with 4 bunks, head, shower and laundry.

There are three full sized guest staterooms with queen and king beds. The study converts to a fourth guest cabin with upper and lower berths when required. In addition to the guest heads, there is a day head aft of the salon. The crew's quarters has three cabins and two heads, crew mess, galley and laundry.


Electrically welded marine grade aluminum hull plating built on transverse and longitudinal frames. Fifty-one frames plus two additional with the 2003 extension from 103' to 110'. The design of the extension was by John G. Alden.
There are 4 watertight bulkheads at the forepeak, forward engine room bulkhead, aft engine room bulkhead and aft peak.

Two fuel tanks in the port and aft cabin bilge of 1,560 gallons each, a total of 3,020 gallons. Tank monitoring is electronic Isis system to the pilothouse. Two electric fuel transfer pumps, each pump is able to transfer port to starboard and vice versa.
Two fresh water tanks of 600 gallons each, total about 1,200 gallons. Tank monitoring is Isis system to pilothouse. Two freshwater pumps; 4 Aqua Pure water filters in a stainless casing.
Two Daily Marine water makers with 2 membranes each, with high and low pressure pumps, 40 gallons per hour each.

Engine Room

The engine room has a work bench with vice and tool chest, stainless storage lockers and general rack storage for spare parts. Major service to main engine and both generators October 2012.

Main engine is a Caterpillar model 3406 diesel (5,613 total engine hours), freshwater cooled, with Twin Disc reverse gears, 4 1/2 " shaft and Hundested variable pitch, 3 bladed feathering prop.
Two Northern Lights gensets of 30 Kw (2007) and 24 Kw, engine hours port 3,010 and starboard 7,700 (7/05).
Bow and stern thruster are hydraulic driven off starboard generator rated at 50 hp and 40 hp each, counter rotating props in tubes.
Chilled water air-conditioning with reverse cycle for heat. Aqua Air A5HD model with 2 compressors, 120,000 btu capacity. Soft starts on each compressor and fan coil units.

Electric over hydraulic redundant system with 2 hydraulic pumps and double autopilots (240V), which operate either from the generator or the batteries.
There is an emergency steering wheel in the lazarette (manual and hydraulic with its own separate autopilot and 12v battery). An emergency tiller fits over the rudder stock.

In addition to the helm station in the wheelhouse, there are two aft wing stations. There is a steering station for the crows nest near the lower spreader.

Custom built (double stainless steel and teak) crows nest that raises and lowers on the forward section of the mast, driven by electric frequency drive.
