Accommodations

ACADIA is the 45' Sedan model with the Pilothouse Layout which has the master stateroom forward with (2) heads. Entering the salon through the cockpit teak/glass doors is the spacious salon with the galley forward to port and across to starboard is the Pilothouse/Lower Helm. Moving forward and down (3) steps awaits the private quarters on the lower level forward of the engine room bulk head with access panel under the stairs. To port is the guest stateroom and across to starboard is the quest head. Forward is the master stateroom with en-suite private head.

Overhead and Sole

The entire salon, galley and pilot station overhead is covered with new, foam-backed and insulated headliner trimmed in teak and two full-length grab rails. Port and starboard overhead  rod holders are crafted in teak.  A brass trawler-style electrified and dimmable lantern hangs predominately above the dinette.  The entire interior sole from bow to stern is teak parquet.

Salon

Entering through the cockpit via double teak/glass doors the salon greets you with an upholstered settee to starboard and a large, circular dinette to port complete with circular upholstered bench seating.  Both the starboard settee and the port side dinette include massive storage underneath.  A pair of folding, upholstered side chairs increases dinette seating to a comfortable eight.  The folding chairs store nicely in the huge lazarette aft.  Also starboard and adjacent to the cockpit doors is a built-in teak console containing the stereo system, speaker selection system (cabin, cockpit, forward deck, and fly bridge), DVD recorder/player, and Intellian/Dish Network satellite TV electronics.  This console also includes a drawer below for storage.  Above the console is a 27” flat screen TV.  The entire cabin is filled with natural light from the large, opening windows port and starboard.  Custom color-coordinated drapes provide privacy when wanted.

Continuing past the dinette to port is a teak room divider-style cabinet with shelves aft and sliding doors foreword providing galley storage as part of the U-shaped galley.  To starboard and adjacent to the sofa is a chart top cabinet containing the Sub-Zero fridge and Summit freezer with ice-maker.

Galley

The portside galley is U-shaped for maximum efficiency while preparing meals.  There is a 3-burner propane  stove with oven and storage underneath, a double stainless sink with storage under and a convection/microwave with double drawer storage under.  The custom teak and Corian counter galley ensemble includes countertops all around with removable inserts covering the stove and sinks.  There is also a deep, shelved storage locker with removable countertop insert adjacent to the stove.

Lower Helm

To starboard and opposite the galley is the lower piloting station with spoked, ship’s wheel hydraulic steering, Morse-Teleflex engine controls and electronics.  Overhead you will find additional piloting and navigation electronics encased in a teak surround extending completely across the vessel.
