Moving forward to port find the 6 massive storage cabinets with shelves and to starboard the amidships master Pullman berth w/ shelves and storage under the berth. She was originally built as a Yawl, but the Mizzen mast got in the way of the self steering system and the mast was removed. Misconduct now sails as a cutter and is very well equipped for a 39 footer. Her huge cockpit is comfortable and has long benches for sleeping under the stars and offers a large cockpit locker for storage. She has easy access side decks, opening ports and hatches, dorades and large salon windows to bring in the light. The interior of this vessel was custom designed for cruising and has more storage lockers then a much larger vessel. Not often do you see a molded shower stall with small foot tub, but this boat has it. There is 1 large head with overhead hatch in the bow with holding tank, manual toilet and abundant storage throughout.
