2009 / 1210,....Strip and re-fasten topsides to waterline, Fill bungs with famowood, sand flat and fair, Seal with Smiths penetrating epoxy sealer, prime with Smiths epoxy Imterlux. primer, Remove vinyl from fwd. cabintop, repair surface and apply dynel fabric, with epoxy, paint with Interlux. Remove and re-fasten splash rails, Remove and replace exterior teak decking and approx, 4" of sub deck on fore deck, Update life raft, Replace master shower wall sufaces and repair/refinish shower pan, out side prep and varnih all exterior brite work 3 coats,

2010/2011;....Replace garboard planks (next to keel) aft and midships on both sides of boat, Replace keel bolts, Strip transom varnish, remove bungs and re-fasten then refinish,

2011 / 2012;...Sand and repaint all pilot house 2 coats with Interlux, enamel, Varnish exterior brite work,

2014;...replace all 32 volt batteries.
