Wonderful Aft Cabin Yacht was totally restored beginning in 2002 and
completed in 2014.I have an appraisal Dated Feb 23, 2018 for $50,600 and

Restoration Details:
Interior
The boat was put in dry dock and interior was stripped down to the hull.
Two new Mercruiser 8.1 Horizon engines, transmissions, shafts and props were installed along with dual helm engine controls.
New generator, bilge pumps and 2 new 120 gallon fuel tanks.
New 110 and 12 volt wiring and lighting.
New complete fresh water system with 2 new 60 gallon water tanks and pump.
New interior helm station including transmission and throttle controls, Compass, Garmin C178 GPS.
Steering Wheel remained original as with the Bridge Wheel.
All new Hull side wall carpeting was installed.
New Pompanette Hatches and windows were installed.
New Galley Cabinets, dual sink and faucet, refrigerator and propane gas range installed.
New bath vanities, tops, sinks and faucets, forward shower, aft
tub/shower, all new teak trim installed throughout with new plastic
laminated or cushioned interion wall panels.
New headliner throughout.
New manual operated heads with two new 30 gallon holding tanks and plumbing.
New cabinets, countertops, bed platform, mattress and carpeting in the aft stateroom.
New platform, mattresses and perimeter wall shelf padding and carpeting in front birth.
New vinyl wood-like plank installed in galley and salon floor.
New platforms and cabinets in salon for new cushions and air conditioner enclosure.
Three New air conditioners installed with related controls and hardware.
Exterior
Entire exterior was sanded, primed and painted with Enron paint.
New Interlux bottom paint applied.
New stainless safety rails and fittings and new windless and anchor installed.
New Bimini stainless tubing structure and connectors and fittings and Sunbrella canvas installed.
Bridge helm station with new throttle and transmission and electronic engine controls.
New compass and Garmin C178 installed.
New vinyl covered bridge bench cushions and captains seat.
Forward head has a shower.
